Val Draper is a Dynamics Partner Technology Specialist (Partner Development) at
Microsoft. Val has more than 15 years of experience with the Microsoft Business
Division. During that time, he has held various roles including partner technology
specialist for CRM, HR/Payroll and Field Service, partner account manager, and sales
manager. For the last 5+ years he has been working with the CRM product, in addition
to his PTS role, he has been involved in instructing classes such as, Demo 2 Win,
Customization and Sure Step.
