Solutions has partnered with SouthTix to provide
mobile scanning software and technology for the Indy
Grand Prix of Alabama April 9-11, 2010 at the Barber
Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. 2B-Events,
a mobile barcode scanner and software solution
developed by 2B Solutions will track attendance,
detect ticket fraud and ensure proper access to the
multiple points of entry at the event. In addition,
data collected from the event will be used for
reporting attendance numbers and crowd flow.
2B-Events was also recently used for the Sidewalk
Film Festival in September and the American Film
Market in Santa Monica Nov 4 – 11.

This week at the 30th annual American Film Market
(AFM), buyers from more than 70 countries attended
nearly 500 screenings over the course of seven days.
2B-Events, a fully functional mobile attendance
tracking solution based on Windows Mobile®, allowed
AFM staff members to scan attendee badges and
capture attendance data. Online reports were
generated from data captured using 30+ devices
running 2B-Events. This gave exhibitors the
information they needed to respond faster to
interested distributors.
Custom Mobile Warehouse Inventory Management System
integrated with MSCRM for the State of Alabama -
October 2009
The Alabama Math, Science, and Technology Initiative
(AMSTI) contracted 2B Solutions to develop and
implement a custom warehouse inventory management
system (WIMS) for 11 AMSTI sites throughout Alabama
to manage inventory, teachers, schools, vendors,
procurement, etc. A custom Windows Mobile 6
application was developed and integrates with
Microsoft CRM acting as an “xRM” solution. A custom
web service was required and developed to
accommodate the integration.

Market - November 2008

track attendance of the American Film Market in
Santa Monica, CA from November 5 - 12. The American
Film Market (AFM) is a marketplace where movie
production and distribution deals are closed. In
just eight days, more than $800 million in deals are
sealed. Participants come from over 70 countries and
include all those who provide services to the motion

Solutions to track attendance, will collect data
from all locations and wirelessly report when and
who attended the screenings to the sellers of these
films just minutes after the film is over.

increase in the useful information they receive
about who is coming to their screenings. This means
they can now target their marketing and sales
