Investment Banking |
We have a
couple investment banking firms (local & national) utilizing CRM to manage the
relationship between buyers, sellers, and projects. Microsoft CRM is being used
to manage and market projects to potential buyers across the US. |
Non-Profit |
One of our national (non-profit)
customers utilizes CRM to coordinate the activities of all child referral
agencies and vision care providers in The Children’s Eye Care Network. This
includes coordination among eye screening agencies, schools, parents,
optometrists, ophthalmologists, hospitals, eye clinics, optical shops, and
transportation services. |

Education |
A statewide (education) customer of ours
is using CRM to manage an education program by tracking math & science kits that
are being “loaned” to schools around the state. They use CRM to manage the
relationship between schools, teachers, products, vendors, etc. We have also
written a custom mobile application that integrates with and updates MSCRM. |

Public Sector |
CRM is being used by another one of our
(public sector) customers to manage the relationship between City departments
and Citizens. MSCRM issues service requests with departments and follows up to
ensure the request is resolved in a timely manner. Custom entities and workflows
were created to accommodate the citizen services system. |
